QIQIMARK Privacy Policy

1) Who we are

The QIQIMARK mobile application and www.qiqimark.com are provided by Kenller Trading Company Limited (“QIQIMARK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2) Scope

This policy covers personal information processed by the QIQIMARK iOS app and our website. It does not cover third-party services you connect to (for example, Apple iCloud or your Wi-Fi router) which are governed by their own policies.

3) Information we collect

Depending on your use, we may collect the following categories (aligned with Apple’s Privacy Nutrition Labels):

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as precise location, health, or payment card numbers) through the app.

4) How we use information

• Provide core app features (connect to and control aroma diffusers, manage schedules, preferences).
• Maintain safety, security, and fraud prevention.
• Respond to customer support and warranty inquiries.
• Analyze performance to improve stability and usability (primarily in aggregate).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5) Tracking, analytics, and ads

The iOS app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. If we use Apple’s or our own basic analytics, it is for product improvement and is not used to target advertising. We do not request the iOS “Allow Apps to Track” permission (IDFA).

6) Sharing and international transfers

We may share personal information only with:

• Service providers under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, crash analytics, email service) bound to use it solely on our instructions.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Corporate events (merger, acquisition) where your information remains protected under this policy or a successor policy with equal or greater protection.

Information may be processed in the United States, Hong Kong, and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required.

7) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. See category-specific timelines in the table in Section 3. Backups may persist for a limited time.

8) Your privacy choices & rights

In-app controls

• Manage Bluetooth, location, and notification permissions in iOS Settings > QIQIMARK.
• Update or delete room/device names and schedules in the app.
• Request account deletion by emailing qiqimark@hotmail.com.

U.S. state privacy rights (including California)

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and certain other states have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. QIQIMARK does not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

EEA/UK/Swiss users (GDPR)

Legal bases include performance of a contract (app functionality), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (optional features), and legal obligations. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time in iOS Settings or by contacting us.

9) Children’s privacy

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 in the U.S. (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11) Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels (summary)

This section summarizes how data may appear in Apple’s privacy labels for the iOS App Store:

• Data linked to you: Account Info, Contact Info (if provided).
• Data not linked to you: Diagnostics and App Performance metrics (aggregated).
• Tracking: None — we do not use your data to track you across apps or websites.

Exact labels may vary by app version and features you choose to use.

12) Website cookies

Our site (qiqimark.com) may use strictly necessary cookies for security and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

13) Data access & deletion

To access, correct, or delete your data, email us at qiqimark@hotmail.com. Include your app email (if any) and device details to help us verify your request.

14) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Effective date” above. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice in the app.
